(btw - Christina Aguilera is to host the 2005 MTV Asia Awards.

The pop sensation, who hosted last year\'s MTV Europe Music Awards in Edinburgh, will take care of proceedings at the Bangkok ceremony on February 5.

Performers at the 2005 MTV Asia Awards include Maroon 5 and Namie Amuro, with loads more to be announced in the coming weeks.
